Everything came together nicely two nights ago for the Wine and Gold as they dispatched of the Chicago Bulls in the team's first intra-divsional game of the year. Tonight the Indiana Pacers come to town, the front end of a back-to-back. The team will fly to Chicago after the game for a rematch with the Bulls tomorrow night.
As for Indiana, the Cavaliers have definitely enjoyed the recent company of the Pacers having won 7 straight at the Q. Overall the Cavaliers have won 11/12 in the series and haven't lost to Indy in Cleveland since 2004.
The Cavaliers will be looking for their thrid straigth win while the Pacers are coming off a 113-103 home loss to Phoenix.

Sometimes LeBron sick ability even fools the refs…LeBron called for a travel because it looked like it, it wasn’t.

Two night ago LeBron did everything in the pain. So far tonight, everything for LeBron is outside.

So which is the worse shot (as of right now), the Z hook or anything from the outside by LeBron?
Fingers crossed, but breathing normally
Both are hideous, but LeBron’s annoy me more because he proved Wednesday night that he is unstoppable in the paint…Back to his old bad habits

Granger has 21, and LeBron plays possibly his worst half after playing his best game on Wednesday…
At the Half — Pacers 48 – Cavs 43

How bad are the Cavs playing???
The Pacers are out-rebounding the Cavaliers, something that few teams ever do, 28-18…pitiful
Cavs shooting 1/7 from behind the arc – Indiana is 6/16.
Cavs have ZERO fast break points, while the Pacers, who want to play a slow, 1/2 court game, have 11….

All that, and the Cavaliers trail by only 5. Something tells me the defense will continue to stiffen and LeBron will get it going.

A fairly uninspiring first half from the boys in wine and gold. It’s sad to look at our most productive time of the half was when our leader was on the bench (going on an 8-0 run and getting back in the game).
Seeing Wallace on the floor always seems to terrify me. We started the game incredibly slowly on the defensive end, and really began closing out much better after Ben was on the bench. I’d love to see him on the floor, being a productive part of the team, but all I can see is him hoisting up a hideous shot as the shot clock is winding down.
LeBron simply needs to get it in his head that he is going to create more for himself and for others, if he is moving toward the rim. Mo showed this on several occasions, and ironically enough, Boobie did as well. Let the people who were hired to shoot the outside shot, do so.
They really need to come out in the 3rd and show more signs of life than they have to any point in this game (which is going to be really hard being that it is the 3rd).
Fingers crossed, but breathing normally
No doubt the Cavs are thinking more about their trip to Chicago…..Until that….James with authority….

Hickson or Hibbert?
If Hibbert had been available, which would you have rather seen drafted? Pretty similar in style of play. Does it just come down to need.
I don’t seen Hibbert getting any more time than Hickson will this year, if he happened to be on the Cavs.
For the Cavs I like Hickson…..
I think his longterm outlook is better….
