The quest for that elusive NBA Championship begins again tonight when the Cavaliers and Bobcats Tip-Off their Pre-Season schedule.  The Cavaliers are 3 weeks from opening the 2009/10 season at The Q against the Boston Celtics.  A lot of work needs done between now and then and it gets started tonight.
