Henceforth, I shall always refer to him as .......

Ray “the elbow” Allen.

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

Youre a naive, blind, little whiny brat.

Ray Allen isnt a dirty player, the dirty play was actually varejao throwing him to the ground, then ray allen reacted, although it was bad reaction…it doesnt change the fact that ray allen is one of the classiest, least dirty players in all of the nba, and vareajao, is a flopping, whiny punk

Have you forgotten Allen and Dooling acting like children a few years back? It seems he tries to keep his nose clean but his image as a stand-out citizen player has already been tarnished.

Since we are apparently name calling here, ...your a whiny Boston fan troll......

which is lower than whale shit! Ray “the Elbow” Allen is feces! Now that thats out of the way. I didn’t call him a dirty player. Andy is now my new HERO so please don’t speak ill of him!

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

Henceforth, I shall always refer Varejao as....

Andy Vaginajao.

The guy flops on every touch but the fact that he didn’t fall down and cry when he got elbowed in the balls proves it.

Everyone knows Allen made a mistake and he is still known as one of the classiest and least dirtiest NBA players in this league. He didn’t even look up and purposely hammered Verejao in the “balls”. Re-watch the replay and you will see that Allen was trying to get up after Verajao obviously throw him to the floor and when Allen was getting up with his elbow in between Verajao’s legs, Verajao looked like he was holding onto Allen’s elbow with his legs…

C’mon now.

So Ray Allen is one of the least dirtiest players in the NBA — except for that one time when he elbowed the guy in the balls. Outside of that, he’s a classy guy.

Glad to see some of you Boston fans here trying to justify what Ray "the elbow" Allen did.

You don’t have a leg to stand on defending him regarding this but that’s still not stopping you. Andy has the balls of steel here and I loved how he didn’t finch. It was like he was saying, “Thats all you got, punk?”

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

Did you hear Wilbon defend Ray Allen on PTI yesterday? He said Allen was “just trying to get up” and put his arm up to help himself stand up. He explained that he knew Allen and he would never do a cheap shot like that. Ridiculous. I lost a little of my respect for Wilbon after that.

Not so surprising really.

Wilbon has been hanging out with the East Coast elites for so long that he’s almost become one of them. I guess he’s starting to believe he has the “power” as a" journalist" to interput what was clearly a cheap shot into something else. How far he has fallen since PTI.

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

That’s funny you say that, because on their show Wilbon always calls TK an East Coast guy who thinks the whole sports world revolves around NY and Boston. Wilbon’s always talking about his Midwestern roots and he’ll support any team from Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, etc. I don’t think it’s about being an “East Coast elite”, I just think he’s being one-sided because he knows Ray Allen and not Andy. He’s wrong, of course, but I don’t think it has anything to do with the fact that Allen plays for Boston.

No. I don't think its because Ray "the elbow" Allen is playing for Boston either

But Wilbon can’t expect anyone with eyes to beleive his “version” of the whole incident.

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

Well then why did you make the “East Coase elites” comment if it wasn’t about that?

by Buckeye Brad on Apr 16, 2009 8:02 AM CDT up reply actions

As I understand it, Wilbon is a midwest guy with midwest values. I think all the time he is spending with the east coast elites may have him thinking and acting like one. You know, generally ECE’s think everything begins and ends with their own views and judgements. They filter or streach the truth to fit their pre-concieved view of everthing from politics to sports. They reek with an “I’am better than you” attitude. I’ve worked with and for so many of them over the years that I can almost smell them.

Wilbon used to be a pretty good guy with a good dose of common sense and humility. Now……not so much. How could he even begin to defend “Elbow” Allen on this? He was’nt “just trying to get up” for craps sake! He gave Andy a cheap shot to the balls and Wilbon goes all “Johnny Cochran” trying to explain it away on ESPN.

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

BTW, he resides in DC.....the "spin' capital of the world

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.
