Lamovsky’s take scares me. He’s not wrong on many points, but I disagree that the Magic have an advantage based solely on the physical attributes of their players. He forgot to mention that we have the superior, ya know, talent.
I think.

i happen to think that lamovsky is pretty much dead wrong on a very important strategic point: a collapsing defense based on d. howard’s interior presence. that just isn’t going to happen.

I think he has the playoff jitters.
If he’s wrong, and I believe he is, the posters at TCE are not going to let him forget it.

Hollinger seems to go overboard a little bit stating that LeBron is so big....
that his body may not be able to take a pounding going forward in his career. I am not sure that should be a concern or not. Yeah, LeBron is big but he looks built for the crazy athletisism we see from him. I once watched him jump sky high on a dunk and land in a swatting position and “bounce” upright again effortlessly! The guy just has some kind of super DNA, I suppose.
I am not saying that the rigors of the NBA won’t slow him down some as his career continues. He just still might have that great athletic ability in his 30’s longer than Hollinger thinks.
