Around SBN: How A Letter From Tom Coughlin Helped One Fan's Recovery

Bring in Sean May?

I say sign Sean May

Star-divide

to a two year deal worth 5 million total. He clearly has had some injury issues but he is still young and when healthy has proved he can be good defensively and has some offensive game. This would allow Varjaeo to play C and give J.J Hickson a big body to play against in training camp and practice. Sean May has a good post game and would help us with our interior defense against the Lakers, Magic and Celtics. I know it is a gamble but he has better upside then some of the free agents out there. With the Bucks in full salary dump mode they look poised to resign CV, so I don't see us being able to land him any more. Michael Redd might be someone we can get for Pavolvic, Ben Wallace and a second round pick next year. My Roster after trade for Redd, draft and Sean May.

  • PG Mo Williams, Delonte West, Dainel Gibson
  • SG Michael Redd, Delonte West, Jodie Meek
  • SF Lebron James, DaJuan Summers
  • PF Sean May, Anderson Varjeao, JJ Hickson
  • C Anderson Varjeao, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Kurt Thomas

The pressure is on to win a title and know this wouldn't solve all our low post issues but the addition of Redd would make us hard to stop on offense.

Mo and Michael.....

re-united on the Cavs? Sure would be sweet! While this definatley helps offensively, I am less sure on the defensive end. Also, Sean May has a reputation of being soft and out of shape. I havent seen him play that much but he would give us some much needed size up front.

So I told her," I'll be nicer if you try to be smarter!'..That was a mistake.

sean may is a definite and obvious no. he’s never played more than 35 games, and never started more than 12…for the freaking bobcats.

redd is obviously a nice piece, but the focus has to be on the frontcourt. bigs, bigs, bigs. and not overweight bigs who have never been healthy.
