Trade for Al Jefferson?
As a T-Wolves fan, I'm thinking my team needs to do a trade. One thing we could do, is gamble on LeBron leaving for NY after 2010, and going after your post 2010 draft picks. If the Wolves offered the Cavs the following deal, how would you grade it?
To the Cavs:
C/PF Al Jefferson
To the Wolves:
PF Anderson Varejao
PF JJ Hickson
2011 1st Round Pick
2013 1st Round Pick

I would actually be very close to doing this not knowing prior to looking up Jefferson’s injury. Once I researched it more, I would let you know
FYI, Lyons is a poor man’s Tayshaun Prince, similar attributes. Long defender that can guard inside and out. If he develops his jump shot a little bit, he’d be a nice offensive player. I’d like to see him make the team for his defensive potential.
I was wondering if you knew when the Cavs acquired Lyons. I had no idea! I watched him play at Missouri in the NCAA tourney. I was really impressed with his potential.

Al if healthy would be worth it
and I would do it in a heart beat. I think taking Varejoke off our team alone would help us.

I’d rather get sign Chris Bosh in 2010 and not lose any players to a trade.
2009 Prediction: Att - Yds - TD
Jerome Harrison 95 - 532 - 8
With the salary cap likely to go down again next year there is almost no way we’ll be able to sign Bosh along with LeBron.

what?
al jefferson is playing on a team that throws him the ball 9 out of every 10 times down the court! hahahaha that is why he “looks” like he is above average, but i am going to be honest with you for a sec here man, andy does things that al cant do, and the only advantage over andy al has is that he can score….cleveland is looking for wing defenders and guys that can fill the stat sheets from the perimeter, not another low post ball hog.
