Nice links, but...
The new FTS logo looks really bad. Can’t we change it back? The only thing good about this one is the shade of CLE in the background.

Man I joined Magic blog
And its like a weird nerd Magic group. Right now I am getting torn to shred for saying how utterly stupid they are to consider Nick Anderson for jersey retirement. Now am I off base here? Also Their Admin E is quite the ego maniac. He has verbally attacked me numerous times for merely stating we would be made fun of if Choke Free Throws was put in the rafters.
So I have seen this blog is pretty laid back and not run by a cult, So question
Are the Magic to be ridiculed if they retire Nick Anderson’s Jersey?

Thanks for the kind words. We enjoy talking basketball with anyone as long as they’re not idiots about it.
As far as Nick Anderson, I think it would be silly to retire his jersey. What did he do to deserve that? The guy never even made an All-Star team, let alone All-NBA or something like that. I know he played a long time in Orlando, and maybe the fans love him, but jersey retirement?
Of course, the Cavs retired the jersey of Nate Thurmond, who played there less than two years, so teams do strange things.

Sounds great, but how do you decide if someone is or isn’t an “idiot” about something? Is your judgment solid?

It’s rather simple to tell if someone in using logical, rational arguments based on facts or if they’re just making up things to suite their own agenda. Of course, you also have the trolls who come here just to bash our players and pick fights. But it’s pretty easy for me and other members to tell who’s acting like an idiot and who really wants an intelligent discussion.

It’s more of a “witchcraft in New England” situation. Anyone can decide, and it usually results in death.

And yes if I hadn't gotten banned earlier I would have for the mere suggestion that it would be ridiculous to
Retire Darrel Armstrong, Penny and Nick Anderson’s jersey.
Penny had he not hurt himself would be a yes. His 4 years in a Magic uniform were disgusting.
Nick Anderson?
Free Throws.
Enough said.
