Cleveland bar to hold "Welcome Shaq to Cleveland" event

The Barley House at 1265 West Sixth Street will host the "Welcome to Cleveland" celebration for Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O'Neal from 9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Cost for the event is $10 for general admission and $25 for VIP.

Guests invited to the red carpet affair include: LeBron James, Mo Williams, Leon Powe, Daniel Gibson, Anderson Varejao, Anthony Parker and Darnell Jackson of the Cleveland Cavaliers. 

Brady Quinn, Braylon Edwards, David Bowens, Joe Thomas, Kenyon Coleman, Joshua Cribbs, Brodney Pool and C.J. Mosely of the Cleveland Browns.

Kelly Shoppach, David Huff, Kerry Wood, Grady Sizemore, Chris Perez and Matt LaPorta of the Cleveland Indians.

This is weird - alittle....

Thats a cheap price to wittness the entrance I’m sure shaq will put on. In addition to the 15 other great athletes. But If I recall, the Barely House is not that big. Lots of $, but not that big.

Yep, and I’m sure the first thing Brady Quinn wanted to do last night after arriving back in town was to go out in public where Cleveland sports fans would be drinking.
