Byron Scott
Wish we had him 4years ago ! What a difference a GOOD coach can do with the talent thats here, unlike Mike Brown. Scott knows how to utilize his players talent and to have a offense that works! Get more players involved in scoring & make this team 10 deep. How about Boobie ? Heres a player tha Brown wouldnt even hardly let him play @ the end of the year. Also, to get Andy more involved in the offense. Unlike Brown did. As the season goes by and these guys get more comfortable playing their game & play solid defense, I think they will surprise many people around the league that the Cavs are not a push over team & give them a run for their money. This team is bound & determined to fight & give it their all every nite. GO Cavs ! La Chump who ? LOL

Boobie was hurt for the last 2 years. Although, once you got buried on that bench, it was hard to get your minutes back. Mike Brown cannot be blamed completely for the way #23 orchestrated the offense. HE WAS A PUPPET!!! However, I tend to agree that Brown was not a coach an elite coach. Scott is much closer to an elite coach but its yet to be determined.
