Interesting
I thought the same looking at his stats the other day when he was with Shaq it was making me wonder why people said they didn’t play well together. Goes to show Media says something and then it gets ran with like it’s gospel.
Is he getting ready to get traded here or why else would he put up a message about him playing well with Shaq? Is there a need to post something like that if he isn’t coming here since they don’t currently play together?
J.A. Adande just posted an article at ESPN.com looking at Amare and Shaq’s time playing together in Phoenix and the stats back him up. Amare’s scoring increased after the addition of Shaq to the Suns in 2008. It was the following season, when Terry Porter took over as coach and ditched the SSOL offense in order to make Shaq the focal point of the offense, that Stoudamire’s numbers dipped. But Shaq has certainly taken a reduced role in the offense here in Cleveland so that shouldn’t be a problem.
Do you think him posting that mean that he thinks he is getting traded here or am i overthinking it?
Well he certainly knows the teams are discussing it, but I’m not sure if that means it’s a done deal.

True. I just want something to happen one way or another soon because, this is driving me crazy all this talk. It would be nice to have Denver show up Thursday night and they find out they not only have to deal with LeBron, Shaq, Mo(hopefully), and Stoudemire. That would be a FUN to see those guys lighting people up together.
It seems like the Suns are just waiting to see if they get a better deal. If they don’t I think this trade goes down. But they don’t really want to just end up with Hickson, a draft, pick, and salary cap space for Stoudemire.
And yes, Amare will play well here with Shaq and Lebron. People were saying the same thing about adding Shaq to the team and that’s certainly worked out OK.
