Good luck to you guys from the other side of the fence.

Game doesn’t mean a whole lot but should still be entertaining.

because they want to show that their starters are only 6 points better than our reserves.

Orlando is only 2-8 from 3 point range

That’s very, very, good. I don’t know how we managed to hold them to that percentage, but I’d say that’s a winning number for us.

I take comfort in the fact that the Magic can only squeak out a slightly better result than the Bulls and Pacers.

The Cavs first victory against the Magic, Rashard Lewis did not play

thats our comfort and since the big trade by the Cavs they are 0-2 against the Magic.

Were you asleep February 11th? the cavs beat the Magic by 9…WITH Rashard playing…and playing 34 minutes and scoring 19 points…

yeah, we can’t beat orlando without rashard.

Yeah…we also can’t beat Orlando on the road without Z and if Mo williams goes 1-9 from the floor for 4 points. we can still make the game close and it might not be decided until the final minute.

However, don’t count on Mo Williams coming off of a major wrist injury during the playoffs. a 2nd start after an injury is not a good way to truly judge performance or team performance when a key player goes through that.

our team that comprised of mostly just our backups just barely lost to your starters. if lebron played, that game would have been over in 5 minutes…and you guys were playing for something?

The announcers on ABC during this Lakers game are unbelievably stupid, talking about resting players.

I doubt it.

1. We’ve locked up everything.
2. He could use the rest.
3. Our bench is amazing. (You could take away LeBron, and our team would still make the playoffs in the East.)

by Simmsinns on Apr 11, 2010 10:03 PM CDT up reply actions

definitely. this team almost beat the 2nd best team in the east without lebron…and with no key player playing more than 30 minutes, and giving 40 minuts to Jamario, while Howard and Nelson both play for at least 30 minutes, we still almost get the W.

Winning isn't everything! Especially when you are on top...

This is a very good training exercise for the rest of the team before the real rumble starts. I don’t really mind them loosing as long as one could see the effort of the entire squad to match the competitiveness of Lebron. The Cavaliers would be much more effective if everyone in the team is a threat, and it keeps the other team off balance when it comes to strategies due to the way some of the former silent Cleveland players are now taking center stage. I think this is what the Magic had more the last time, not just Bench depth but effective and efficient Bench . It also allows Star players to get some rest when it really matters. Lebron is still human after all.
