Exterior signage around The Q will be installed throughout the day.
This Week: Watch as E. 4th Street and the Historic Gateway Neighborhood transforms into "Playoffville," Terminal Tower lights up in Wine & Gold, Tower City Center gets decked out for the Cavs, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame displays "All Together" on its rooftop as Cleveland Gets Ready Together for this weekend's tipoff of the 2010 NBA Playoffs!
