LeBron James wins 2010 NBA MVP Award
The list of accolades for LeBron James keeps growing. James will become the 10th player in NBA history to win back-to-back NBA MVP Awards when he formally accepts the Maurice Podoloff Trophy from David Stern on Monday Night prior to Game 2 against the Boston Celtics.
According to Brian Windhorst, James is expected to hold a press conference at the University of Akron to accept the award and the Kia car that comes with it.
James had the best year - statistically - of his career, averaging 29.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 8.6 assists.

oh, BTW, a KIA car…heheheh. I’m sure LBJ will prefer toolin’ around in the KIA as opposed to the Rolls Royce.

Obliviously he deserves this...
and it should be unanimous but I doubt that will ever happen. Any voter who had somebody else should have to reveal his or her vote. They would deserve the ridicule that would come.
Thanks LeBron, you have made us Akronnites, Cleveland and Ohio so proud!
I'm Polish...what's your excuse?
This got me thinking.........
If LeBron drops 25pts 7ast and 7r a game (which he probably will) for the next 5 to 8 years could he win MVP every single year? I know MJ should’ve won the MVP damn near every year but to be fair, they GAVE it to other guys. I wonder will they do that to LeBron?
The only other player that should get in LeBron’s way of winning it every year is Dwight. Durant won’t put up LeBron numbers.
Nah, I think even if LBJ keeps up his pace Durant will still take one in the next couple years, and deservedly so.
