I'd love your guys input on our "fantasy-land" debate. Andris Biedrins + Brandan Wright for Antawn Jamison.

ahhh, forget about it. biedrins is horrible and has a long contract. Monta Ellis and Brandan Wright for Jamison would be interesting.

Rich

To bad things like salary cap rules keep us from getting Monta Ellis and Brandan Wright.

Anyway, I’m for it. Makes Varejao and Hickson expendable, giving us a chance to move guys for draft picks. However, if not, then there is no point, because in the end I’d take Varejao and Hickson over Biedrins and Wright.

My two cents is that, after reading that post, is that the Knicks are one of the absolute least likely places that James will end up. I’m about 50-50 on whether he’ll stay in Cleveland or not, but one thing I can guarantee is that LeBron will not play on the Knicks in 2010.

Here's what I would do...

Antawn Jamison for Monta Ellis & Anthony Randolph… in a Golden State deal.

We’re also shopping Mo Williams and Delonte West. So, think of a team that is having Backcourt issues. Survey says…. The Memphis Grizzlies. O.J. mayo has openly stated that he wants to be the team’s point guard. Send Delonte West for Mike Conley. West’s contract can be bought out for $500,000 and save a team a little over $3.5 million if done so by August 5th.

That just leaves Mo Williams to move. I want Al Jefferson as the starting Center with Shaq coming off the bench. So, Al Jefferson for Mo Williams and Big Z in a sign-and-trade. The injuries make it a big risk though.

Our roster would change to this after these moves take place. I think Shaq re-signs for two years.

PG – Monta Ellis – Mike Conley – Sebastian Telfair
SG – Anthony Parker – Jamario Moon – Daniel Gibson
SF – LeBron James – Jawad Williams – Danny Green
PF – J.J. Hickson – Anderson Varejao – Anthony Randolph
C – Al Jefferson – Shaquille O’Neal – Sasha Kaun

This is a line-up to be feared. There is crazy depth all over the place. The back-ups could start on a lot of teams.

I can almost see Daniel Gibson and/or Sebastian Telfair getting moved in order to acquire some other pieces.
