Cleveland/ T-Wolves Trade
Hi Cavs Fan-
I'm writing from Canis Hoopus- SB Nation's T-Wolves Blog.

I was hat tipped to this article by Brian Windhorst expressing trade possibilities between Our Two Teams-
This blog post from Canis Hoopus explains some Wolves fan thoughts-

I'm inquiring to look at your interest in such move. I can give a brief scouting report on Ramon Sessions
Pluses: Very Reasonable Contract
Had excellent 2008-2009 Season
24 Years Old
At worst- a Very good back-Up 1 with clear Starter potential.
Capable Defender
Very capable of getting to the line
Big Enough to Guard 2's (Possibility of playing with Mo Williams)
Minuses: Had a down season in 2009-2010 (Still led Team in Plus/Minus)
Horrific Jump-Shooter
As a Wolves Fan I would consider Cap Space plus a Future Protected First (Top 12-14 Protected) to be an excellent deal. I would probably sign off on Cap Space plus a couple seconds.
I think Ramon got a raw deal in Minny as he was clearly a better player than Jonny Flynn. He's not the Speed-Demon of a Kyle Lowry but a nice piece regardless.

I pretty don't want them to give up any draft picks.
Delonte and the rights to one of our players like Sasha Kaun for Ramon Sessions and Kosta Koufos? I think that would be a pretty fair trade.
I live in Cincinnati. I'm a fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cincinnati sports teams. Besides UC, I'm a Xavier fan for basketball. I also like the Ohio State Buckeyes for all sports.
My name is Tyler. So I guess now you know about me.
I’d be willing to throw in a couple 2nd rounders as well. I like the NE Ohio connection with Koufos, although he did go to Glenoak.

Koufos couldn’t even get it done at Ohio State, the last thing i want to see is another soft big man
Yeah, he isn’t that soft. He did a fairly decent job at OSU given that they had just lost Oden, Conley and Cook. He will block shots and get boards if given the chance. He just can’t shoot from more than 5 feet away.

Koufos would be a better 4 than a 5
I’m looking forward to drafting Jared Sullinger next summer. Just kidding…
I want someone to stay at OSU for longer than one year (i.e. Evan Turner).

Why do you think Koufos should be a 4? He is 7 foot, 265 lbs. He doesn’t run that well and his outside shot leaves a bit to be desired. You might be right, but I would have to hear the argument.
I also hope Sullinger stays a while, but I don’t see it happening.

He has a great outside shot for a Center and you can’t judge by what he has done in the pros because he has never really been given the opportunity in the first place and has never really gotten a chance to prove himself beyond the arc. If you go back to college, he shot 35% from beyond the arc while shooting about two 3 pointers a game…so the shot IS there.
He is not mobile for a guard or a 6’7’’ forward, but he still has passable mobility as a 4 though and very good mobility for a Center. I agree he should be a Center, but don’t write off his outside shot.

I will admit that I didn’t look up his shooting percentage. I am just going by my gut. When he was at OSU, I seem to remember a lot of bricks coming from his hands and it seeming like he was moving in slow motion, even when he was going to the hoop. He did seem to have a good inside game though, especially with boards and blocks.
