The Lakers proved tonight what a classless franchise and organization they are.  As the Cavs lost tonight 112-57, many would have thought that it was payback for last Christmas when the Cavs beat the Lakers at home in a blowout.  However, this is 100% not the case.  The only 2 players who even played last year for the Cavs in that game were JJ and Mo.  This shows how pathetic the Lakers team is. This years Cavs team especially tonight with all the injuries is in no way anything remotely close to last years team.  What the Lakers tried to do was play completely different players in Cavs uniforms and then try and use that as payback for happened last year. No disrespect to the Cavs players who played tonight but these guys are not even the 2010-11 Cavaliers.  They are D-Leagures and young players bought up to take the place of injured starters and quality players in Varejeo, Gibson, Powe, Parker, & Graham.

Ryan Hollins, Manny Harris, Alonzo Gee, Samardo Samuels, Christian Eyenga are D-Leagueres who are gaining experience in the NBA and the classless Lakers team embarassed them for no reason. Antawn Jamison, & Ramon Sessions were not even on the Cavs roster this time last year. Up 50 points late until the 3rd the Lakers kept all their starters in and kept pushing the ball up the court to embarrass these players. Even Gasol & Odom played up until the 6 minute mark of the 4th qtr.  This had nothing to do with LeBron, nothing to do with the Cavs and nothing to do with Dan Gilbert.  This was an excuse for the pathetic Lakers to embarrass young D-Leagueres and players looking to gain NBA experience all the while they will be using the excuse that this had something to do with last years Christmas game.

In doing so the Lakers team embarrassed one of their best former players Byron Scott. No wonder Magic sold his share of the franchise earlier this year.  He does not want to be a part of this fake team.

When people talk about rivalries, lets use for example Yankees vs Red Sox.  If the Red Sox beat the Yankees lets say 20-2 and the Yankees then put Red Sox uniforms on players who had nothing to do with the 20-2 game and then turned around and beat them 25-4 how exactly is that payback? You didn't even play the team that beat you 20-2 you played a completely different team. This is exactly what the Lakers did tonight.

Here is the ironic thing about this game.  With 23-77 shooting tonight at 29.9% and 12 total team assists the Cavs lost by 55 points. Yet the Cavs didn't play much worse than the Lakers played in Game 7 of last years NBA Finals.  The Lakers shot 27-83 at 32.5% in last years finals with 11 total team assists.

So let me ask all of you a question. How did the Lakers supposedly win Game 7 of an NBA Finals playing no better than the team they beat by 55 points tonight? The Cavs had more team assists (12) in tonight's game than the Lakers had team assists (11) in Game 7 of the 2010 NBA Finals.
