Just my thoughts
As i see it you have 3 players that bring it every game. Thats Irving, Gee and Verajao. I cant figure why Harangody is getting minutes over Samuels. He gives you more offense and will fight under the boards for rebounds. As far as backup center, who knows, one of them needs to step it up. At shooting guard, with Boobie out they should bring up Harris. He is avg 18ppg, 7rb and 3assists a game. Rather see him on roster over washed up Parker. With Harris you have youth, speed and ability to stay with your man on defense, unlike Parker. Also, why bring Eyenga up and not play him? He cant sharpen his skills sitting on the bench. We need him for his athletic abilities since this offfense is setup to push the ball. Hard to determine what you have in a player if you dont see him play against the competition. Jamison doesnt seem to be bringing it every game and hasnt been consistant. This team needs to get more guys getting rebounds. Andy is awesome in my opinion but he cant do rebounding by himself and think he should get a allstar nod the way he is playing. Gee is playing like a starter over Casspi hands down. Think its time coach Scott does a shakeup on the lineup. Sometime thats what it takes to get players motivated & play harder. Whats your opinion ?

Eyenga is up because we simply need bodies. He’s basically the last guy off the bench, but if lots of people get in foul trouble or injured, you need him here. It’s unrealistic for any team to actually get all of their players minutes.
Scott has said multiple times that he prefers Gee’s energy off of the bench, and recognizes that he’s playing better than Casspi. I have no problem with this, it keeps the two units relatively even.
Manny Harris should get signed, especially now that Mychel Thompson is gone. I think the Cavs will sign him or someone similar to him sooner rather than later.
I have no idea why Harangody plays over Samuels. When you get that far down the bench, it probably comes down to who brings it harder in practice and stuff that goes on behind the scenes.

We need to draft a shooting guard. It doesn’t matter who we bring up or if Eyenga plays, it is going to be a very big hole regardless. Andy is criminally undervalued and shouldn’t be moved. Thompson isn’t better than Samuels but gets minutes because either he was the 4th pick or Samuels is in the doghouse. Actually, maybe he does for both reasons.
And yes, Parker has been atrocious this year. Don’t forget about how Sessions has brought it this year too.
80% of the team players are playing up to their expected level or above it: there are really only a few who believed a 40% win ratio is probable this season, so there is nothing to complain about…
Three key people play above expectations (Kyrie, Varejao, Gee). The ones that are still not performing are the ones which the team can allow a long, patient process of acclimatizing (Samuels, Casspi) and is not dependent on their production in the immediate future.
