Irving-the new face of Cleveland

If Kyrie Irving decides not to pull a LeBron on the Cavaliers many great things will be coming up for the Cavaliers in the future. Not to mention Antwan Jamison's career is winding down and a great deal of talent that came along with Tristan Thompson. And this year, the Cavaliers have the 4th overall pick in the draft, which they look towards Harrison Barnes or Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. To me, Barnes is a better idea that Cleveland fans should go with because Cleveland already has Thompson, even though Thompson doesn't have alot of star power as much as Kidd-Gilchrist and Barnes. Barnes would be a great pick up to replace Anthony Parker at the 2 Guard position.

Kyrie Irving is coming off a fantastic year. Earning Cleveland's first Rookie of the Year since 2003 by a man named LeBron James. Irving was named the Rookie-Sophomore Game MVP and you can tell why. Irving averaged 18 points this season which led all rookies in scoring. Irving did miss a couple of games due to injury. Irving was named a unanimous Rookie of the Year, behind him was Minnesota's Ricky Rubio. Also, Tristan Thompson earned a spot in the 2nd Team All-Rookie, averaging almost 7 points and 5 rebounds. Good things look toward the Cavaliers future.
