According to multiple reports and sources throughout the media and twitter-verse, Thomas Robinson and Andre Drummond faced off in Cleveland for a workout yesterday. Apparently, Robinson was much more impressive in this head-to-head competition.
Now, I'm sure people who hate the idea of drafting Drummond will take this news and run with it, but I don't think it's really that significant. Honestly, what would you expect to happen? You aren't drafting Drummond for his abilities right now. You're drafting him based on his near-limitless potential to be a dominant center. It's pretty obvious that the most NBA-ready player in the draft would dominant an 18-year old big man. So, go ahead and make whatever assumptions you want from these rumors, but I don't think it's a big deal.
