According to multiple reporters, the Cavaliers may be interested in Nets power forward Kris Humphries. Ken Berger and others tweeted today that the Cavs may be one of the teams interested in taking on Humphries in order for the Nets and Magic to complete a deal sending Dwight Howard to Brooklyn.
Presumably, the Cavaliers would be getting a draft pick of some kind in exchange for taking Humphries salary. Humphries is a free agent and by doing a sign-and-trade the Nets would be able to take back a bad contract from Orlando. Honestly, I don't really get it at this point. It's just a rumor so far, but it seems as though it is being discussed. Stay tuned for more details as they come.
