I'm just going to leave this here for you to peruse:
Mike Brown says Bynum has legit 3-point range— Rick Noland MG/CT (@RickNoland) November 25, 2013
Because I was told by a friend this weekend I am the closest thing to Ron Swanson that she knows, I'm going to let Ron take you down my thought process as I attempted to comprehend this report.
My immediate reaction:
My second immediate reaction:
My third reaction was to blame Twitter and technology:
My realization that I'm going to need to get this drunk to watch Cavs' games if Bynum starts shooting threes regularly:
My hope that Mike Brown does something like this if Bynum shoots threes:
My memory that Brown was the one quoted:
My understanding that I need to just ignore this news and really hope that Bynum doesn't start shooting threes and that it was all a massive overreaction:
So okay. I probably overreacted and Andrew Bynum is probably not going to start shooting threes. I just really don't understand the purpose of Brown coming out and saying that he has legit range out there though. It's a fairly innocuous comment that just is meaningless. There's no way the team wants him to actually shoot threes, so how "legit" can that range actually be?
Whatever. I'll just take my thoughts back to happier times when the Cavaliers actually had hope this offseason:
