Potential OKC trade?

This is that Sports World Report said that Bleacher Report suggested the Cavs do with OKC (although I could not find such article on BR).

Here was the suggested deal:

Cavs Get: Reggie Jackson, Perry Jones III, Jeremy Lamb, 12th Pick

OKC Recieves: #1 pick which would be used for Nerlens Noel

Sports World Report than went on to say that the Cavs can use the #12 pick to get a Shabazz Muhammad or Kelly Olynyk (although I prefer Sergey Karasev) and then fill another need with #19.

First, this would make the Cavs a very, very young team. The Cavs would essentially get 5 players all under 23 in one offseason to add onto Kyrie, Dion, and Thompson. While this team would grow together, I don't think this deal would fit the "Playoffs Now" mentality, but as someone who is the "grow into a contender" type of person, I wouldn't mind that. This deal would also give the Cavs some much needed bench depth. Reggie Jackson could be the backup that Kyrie needs, while Jeremy Lamb can be the sixth man. But there is also some risk to this deal, as Perry Jones possibly has a long term knee problem (although, Noel could too).

Ultimately, while Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones have great potential, I don't believe the Cavs will accept this deal. If I was Grant, I probably wouldn't just because we get so much younger in the process. I would like to know your take on this deal.
