For whatever reason, the television spots aren't filled in here, but we'll get you that information soon.

The Cavs will open the 2013-14 season by hosting the new-look Brooklyn Nets at 7 PM Eastern on NBATV. That means we get to see Kyrie Irving vs. Deron Williams. Along with Andrew Bynum (hopefully!) vs. Brook Lopez. Cavs fans will also be the first to see Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce in Nets uniforms, as well as Jason Kidd's first official game as an NBA head coach. Pretty cool.

Interestingly, the Cavs will also close their season by hosting the Nets. Symmetry!

It's nice to see that the Cavs will be on national television 9 times. We figured that the Cavs would be playing in front of a national audience more times this year, thanks to additions of Mike Brown, Andrew Bynum, Jarrett Jack, and Anthony Bennett, but 9 games is a significant bump. We better make sure that Quicken Loans Arena is extra loud for those games.

It's also pretty great that the Cavs play against the Dallas Mavericks on Martin Luther King Day at 1 PM Eastern.

We'll have more thoughts on the schedule tonight and tomorrow, but at first glance it seems fine, right? I mean, there are 82 games on the schedule. And the Cavs will play half of them on the road and half at home. Seems correct. It may also be worth noting that the Cavs only have one road trip of over 4 games -- that's a 5-gamer in January. Every other road trip is 3-games or fewer. Conversely, the Cavs only have one 5 game home stand and that comes directly after their long road trip. Symmetry once again!

So what do you think of the Cavs' 2013-14 schedule? Does it start difficult and then end with an easier slate of games? Is there any one game in particular that you're really fired up for?
