I wasn't entirely sure if this typically happened with 2nd round picks, but I found it interesting enough to bring it up here. The first 3 years being guaranteed at $500,000 makes it seems as if the Cavs brass have liked what they've seen thus far. Based on his flashes in summer league, he could become the steal of the draft. I that, because he's shown enough so far that he should be able to contribute on an NBA team, he seems to play solid defense and can shoot it pretty well. If CJ Miles doesn't stay on the roster, as some have speculated, minutes at the 2/3 would be available to the likes of Felix and Karasev.I think he can already do what Gee does but at 1/6th the price. If he can shoot corner 3s I think the upgrade would be clear. If this is the case what kind of trade value would Gee have?
