The Cavaliers look to make it 8 straight wins while starting a 7-game homestand with a Sunday Night showdown with the Clippers. Yes, the same Clippers that the Cavaliers beat by just 1-point a week or so ago in Los Angeles. The same Clippers team that has lost to both New Jersey AND Minnesota as well. Needless to say, the Clippers are experts at playing down to the level of their competition.

Cleveland will once again be without Delonte West due to a finger injury. Honestly, why rush it? The guys that are healthy are playing well and the team is in a good flow. Mike Brown doesn't like to mess with a good thing, almost seeming superstitious at times. That's why I expect we won't see Delonte until there is A) another injury or B) the Cavaliers lose a game.

3-in the Key

1. A win tonight would give the Cavaliers their 2nd best start in franchise history after 49 games. It would also be the longest winning streak of the season(8 games)

2. The Cavaliers are 17-5 against the Western Conference, a perfect 9-0 at The Q.

3. Over their past 17 home games, the Cavaliers are 16-1, outscoring their opponents by an average of 103-94. Only the Dallas Mavericks(150-35) have a better home record than the Cavaliers(145-40) since the 2005-06 season.
