Cavaliers vs. Wolves Final Score: Cavs fall at home, 100-92

Remember that article I wrote about how we don't know what to expect from the Cavs on any given night? Well, yeah.

David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

This was really frustrating. The Cavaliers defense was awful, the offense was life-less, and the turnovers were plentiful. The team showed no interest in defending the three point line, and Luke Ridnour shredded them. Luke. Ridnour. Minnesota was on a second night of a back-to-back, and was missing their two best players, Kevin Love and Andrei Kirilenko.

The Cavaliers were a dumpster fire. Tyler Zeller played 25 minutes, and scored 0 points. He had 8 rebounds, so it wasn't an unmitigated disaster, but it was pretty close. Tristan Thompson got off to a great start, then largely disappeared. Dion Waiters was efficient shooting, not efficient with the ball. Some of his turnovers were probably on Zeller, though.

Kyrie was pretty good, but not nearly good enough. This team simply can't win unless they get superhuman efforts from him. I think he knows this, and resents it. I know that is me being an armchair psychologist, but I don't care. Until next time, cheers.
