The Cavs got hammered on national TV by the Washington Wizards last night, 91-78. It wasn't fun for Cavs fans. The defense looked bad, the bench was non-existent again, and the Cavs got worked on the boards. Worst of all, Kevin Seraphin went bonkers on both ends, and we got to hear Jon Barry hot takes all night on the ESPN broadcast. It was an ugly evening all-around, and the Cavs are under .500 again. At least they're making the transition from being bad to good slow and familiar to us!
But enough sadness. TO THE TWITTERS!
Highlights! Well.....Highlight!

— Jason Lloyd (@JasonLloydABJ) November 22, 2014
Lloyd had probably the most positive takeaways from last night's game. Particularly, I agree with Blatt's explanation for the use of bench lineups. The bench guys have been 2012-2013 Portland Trail Blazers bench bad this season, which seems like it won't last all season, and I'd rather see those guys get run and try to figure it out (particularly against a team with Otto Porter and Garrett Temple as rotation guys) than watch LeBron log 43 minutes again.
There Were Hot Takes to be Had!
Biggest issue with Cavs right now is they keep losing games. If they were winning games, no one would be worried about the losing.
— Nominataur (@Nominataur) November 22, 2014
#Analysis! Though he's definitely right, and this isn't really a hot take. For those we turn to noted #expert Jon Barry:
Please stop. RT @CaliKid96: @haralabob Barry just suggested the Cavs get Ray Allen to improve their defense.

That hurt my brain
If I was Cleveland, I wouldn't have given up Wiggins in the KLove package. Said it then, believe it even more now. But LBJ wanted a PF.

The "Don't be surprised if Kevin Love leaves" talk is obnoxious. You can say that in March or April. Stop that, Twitter.

Not even going to link specific examples here because claiming this after a mid-November loss to the Wizards is dumber than Bro Who Thinks Kyrie is a Shooting Guard.

Legitimately happy for the big guy. He's doing things. On a crap team, but still.
