DION TAKES NEW ORLEANS!!!!
(All gif's are via Boosh unless noted otherwise. Shower him with praise as these are fantastic)
Dion had a solid first half. He attacked the rim and had a pair of dunks to go along with 4 assists and 2 rebounds. Dion was in attack mode and was earning some high praise...
Grant Hill called Dion Waiters "A young Joe Dumars" for those that don't know. Dumars was a much better as a player than he is as a GM. It's impossible to ignore how talented Dion Waiters is and while many mocked Kyrie Irving when he said that Dion was his "good friend" I think it showed Dion that he had his back. Just because you're friends with someone doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to work well with someone, often it makes things more difficult. But with Kyrie getting in front of him it seems that Dion has bought in and they are both going to try their best to put their differences aside and make this work.
What happens if all of this clicks? Well.. The world belongs to them:
Dion continued being in attack mode in the second half. He was getting to the rack, drawing fouls, dropping dimes and then it happened. THE D WAITERS ZONE!

I mean... He's not wrong:

Only difference is... HE WAITED UNTIL HE GOT BACK UP AND WAS DEFENDING AGAIN UNTIL HE SHOT ON HIM. Dion gonna Dion.
DION KILL EM! DION KILL EM!

HAPPY DAVID!!!
RT @DavidZavac What time does Dion Waiters get All Star weekend started tonight?
— David Zavac (@DavidZavac) February 15, 2014
Dion went absolutely nova. Exchanging shot after shot with the equally hot Tim Hardaway Jr.
He finished with 31 points on 10-14 shooting to go along with 7 assists to lead Team Hill to a victory over team Webber.
Sign of things to come? I hope so! But usually these games mean nothing and there's nothing you can really take away from them other than the entertainment value. So here's march of the Dion:
Final thought from Ryan:
Dion is that dude is probably legit angry he didn't get that MVP.

There's no way in hell Dion isn't incredibly mad that he didn't get MVP. Andre Drummond was also a monster in this game and got the MVP trophy, but Dion wouldn't be Dion if he wasn't super pissed.
