The Cavaliers have had their name thrown around in a number of trade rumors so far. With Jason Terry having been sent to the Sacramento Kings, Cleveland may have turned its attention to Jordan Hill of the Los Angeles Lakers, according to CBS Sports and other media outlets.
Hill isn't a big game-changer, but he's a useful role player. With Anderson Varejao currently banged up, the Cavs could certainly use another competent big man. The Lakers are clearly going nowhere this season and Mike D'Antoni underuses Hill in LA. Even though he's an expiring contract, the Lakers would be wise to deal him to save some money on their luxury tax bill.
I'd be relatively shocked if the Lakers don't trade Hill before Thursday afternoon's trade deadline, but there's no telling where he'll end up. According to reports and rumors, there are a multitude of teams interested in acquiring Hill.
Lakers have also had discussions with the Atlanta Hawks on Jordan Hill and Chris Kaman. Nets, Cavs also in mix for Hill

I'm not sure that Jordan Hill is very high on the Cavs' wish list, but he wouldn't be a bad addition. He's a high energy player and would certainly bring it every night, especially because he's playing for a future contract. We'll see what happens with this rumor going forward.
