The Cleveland Cavaliers have already made one trade today. They got Spencer Hawes from the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for 2 second round picks and Earl Clark. But it doesn't sound like the Cavs are done dealing just yet.
Luol Deng is the big name in most of the Cavs' trade rumors at the moment. He's an unrestricted free agent at the end of the year and that means any team looking to acquire him is wary of giving up substantial assets.

The Wizards might be a trade partner for the Cavs..
There's no traction with Detroit or Washington on a Luol Deng deal, sources say. Cavs continuing to explore options.

Well so much for that.
Ken Berger from CBS also reported that the Phoenix Suns are not interested in giving up a first round pick for Luol Deng.
Phoenix, too, has resisted Cleveland's efforts to secure a first-round pick for Deng, who will be unrestricted after the season.

It remains to be seen just how determined the Cavaliers are to trade Luol Deng. Exploring options doesn't necessarily mean that they are actively trying to get rid of him. It just means that they are calling around and seeing what they can get for him. There are just a few more hours before the deadline, so we'll have a conclusion to all of these rumors sooner rather than later.
Stay tuned.
