Last night we brought you the latest on what people who cover basketball and Cleveland sports for a living are saying about LeBron James' free agency. From what's been reported so far, it appears that Miami, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, and the Los Angeles Lakers are in the running for the four time MVP.
But they aren't the only ones weighing in on James' choice. No, things have become a bit insane.
I'm hearing from inside sources that lebron is heading back to Cleveland ....

I'm ashamed to admit that I did not know who QTip was before this tweet. It appears he is an accomplished Hip-Hop artist. I know very little about music. But what the heck is QTip doing breaking news on LeBron James? There can't possibly be a connection there, right?
!!!! RT @clesports216: @FearTheSword Q Tip agent is with CAA and that's where Rich Paul used to work for lmao. Just a little bit of a reach.

But wait! That's not all. Josh Teplitz, a personal trainer based out of Cleveland has been tweeting for the last 24 hours about LeBron James imminent return:
Natn'l media is about five steps behind on the whole story. This will be my last tweet til it breaks: LeBron James is a Cleveland Cavalier
— Joshua Teplitz (@Josh_Tep) July 4, 2014
Teplitz continued on quite the tweeting binge after this. He thinks James has already made up his mind and even informed Miami of his decision. Now, we want to be clear on the site: you have to take this stuff with a grain of salt. There's a chance that this is exactly what's going to happen. A guy on RealGM forums completely called the Jason Kidd/Brooklyn Nets fiasco a full 24 hours before the national media got to it.
But it's also not something you should take to the bank. Things are getting crazy and we all know people on the internet like to have sources. What might Teplitz's sources be?
teams. MIA already out of equation, leaving Cleveland his only option. I don't know what else people want me to say, I've heard directly

from people close to Dru Joyce II, LeBron's old coach. LeBron also texted Joyce II a few days ago: "My heart never left those fans."

So he might run with an Akron crew that knew James. That Akron crew might know what LeBron James is going to do. LeBron James might not know what LeBron James is going to do.
James is a free agent, and this stuff is likely to continue until we get a definitive answer. Have fun!
