LeBron James skipped shootaround and coach David Blatt said he was "hopeful" that James would play in his pregame press conference. The Cavaliers all-world small forward is experiencing cold symptoms.

He will play through it:

This is good news for the Cavs and fantasy owners of Mr. James. The Cavs have lost their last two games to the Pacers, and the team still hasn't wrapped up the Eastern Conference's second seed. A win would be helpful. Even having James at something less than full speed is better than not having him at all, but it also seems fair to guess that Shawn Marion will see some minutes as well. Best case scenario, the Cavs have this wrapped up by the fourth quarter and James can get fluids.
