Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James will play tonight after reports earlier this week indicated that James may sit tonight's game and Sunday's game, both of which are vs. the Boston Celtics . However, Cavs guard Iman Shumpert is questionable for tonight's game due to a right quad contusion suffered in Cleveland's Wednesday win against the Milwaukee Bucks.
LeBron James says he'll play tonight vs Boston. "I was never sitting out tonight. I never had that in my mind."

The Cavs don't have anything to play for the rest of the season, as Wednesday's win, coupled with the Chicago Bulls' loss to the Orlando Magic, saw the Cavs clinch both the Central Division and the No. 2 seed in the East. And with the playoffs starting next week, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Lebron, Kevin Love and perhaps Kyrie Irving get some rest over the course of the next week. As for Shumpert, with the Cavs' seeding all set, there is no real need to play him if he's not 100 percent to play.
The Cavs and Celtics tipoff tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena.
