Midway through the 1st quarter of Sunday's game with the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love left the game after suffering a left shoulder injury.

Love and Kelly Olynyk's arms got locked up while going for a rebound and it appeared that the Celtic center pulled down a bit on Love's arm. A foul was called on Olynyk. It could be a separated shoulder, but we will have to wait for more information as it comes from the Cavs. Any major injury to Kevin Love that keeps him out an extended amount of time puts a serious dent on championship aspirations Cleveland may have.
In the meantime, Tristan Thompson and Timofey Mozgov are going to have to pick up some serious slack.
We will keep you updated as things progress.
