NBA Finals: Cavs vs. Warriors, Game 4 start time, tv info, and more

How you watch the crucial Game 4

David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

This team of overachievers and grinders still needs two wins. It's likely that history will look fondly on this Cavs team regardless. They could lose three straight and people will remember what LeBron James has done. People will tell stories of Matthew Dellavedova's exploits. Anticipation will build upon reflection of what Kevin Love (before injury), Timofey Mozgov, and Tristan Thompson have done in this postseason.

Of course, the potential is there for so much more. If J.R. Smith can free himself and come through for four or eight three pointers once or twice. If Tristan Thompson can build on Game 3 and resuscitate his true shooting and give the Cavs a bit of crucial offense. If LeBron James and his team of workers can find a way to maintain their play just three or four more times, maybe, just maybe, they can win an NBA championship.

And that's a different kind of history, not just in NBA terms, but in Cleveland terms. It'd mean a new era.
