Golden State Warriors at Cleveland Cavaliers: Game preview, start time, and television information

The Warriors handled business on Christmas Day. Now, the Cavs will look to get revenge back at home.

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

Here at Fear the Sword we are contractually obligated (not really) to provide a preview for every game. So, here is one for tonight's game. But really, what is there to say? It's a rematch of the NBA Finals, and of the marquee Christmas Day game from a few weeks ago. You know what's up.

Who: Warriors (37-4) at Cavaliers (28-10)

When: Tonight, 8 pm Eastern

Where: Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, Ohio

Television: TNT

Enemy blog: Golden State of Mind

-The Warriors have lost two of their last three games, at Denver and then on Saturday at Detroit. But at the halfway point, they're still on pace to win 74 games, which would be pretty good.

-Kyrie Irving said this game is a chance for the Cavs to "make a statement."

-This quote actually made me chuckle:

-Yes, the last time Golden State played in Cleveland, they clinched the title. However, the last time they played at the Q during the regular season, on February 26th last year, the Cavs won 110-99 behind 42 points and 11 rebounds from LeBron James.

-The 89 points the Warriors scored in their win against the Cavs on Christmas is still their lowest point total of the season.

-Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. I'm not trying to tell you how to live your life, but if you are fortunate enough to have the day off from work or school or whatever, I hope you'll consider making it a day of service.
