LeBron James on Sunday joined Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on stage at a rally in Cleveland. James spoke out the need to get out and vote in front of a packed house.
“We have to get out and make sure we vote,” James said. “We have to get out and [get] knowledge about what’s going on, about what our future entails and this woman right here has the brightest future for our world.”

Back in October, James publicly endorsed Clinton in a op-ed published by Business Insider.
"Only one person running truly understands the struggles of an Akron child born into poverty. And when I think about the kinds of policies and ideas the kids in my foundation need from our government, the choice is clear," he wrote. "That candidate is Hillary Clinton."
James also was joined by teammate J.R. Smith and Smith’s family at the rally.
The election takes place on Tuesday and Ohio figures to be an important state in deciding whether Clinton or Republican nominee Donald Trump will be the next president. According to Real Clear Politics, Trump is slightly ahead in Ohio with Clinton ahead nationally. There is some thought that James could help Clinton win Ohio and its 18 electoral votes.
