Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love won't play tonight when the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the Los Angeles Lakers.
Love, per Jason Lloyd of the Akron Beacon Journal, is sitting out after being on his knee and calf last night in the Cavs' 120-111 win vs. the Sacramento Kings.
Kevin Love out tonight vs Lakers. Was hit on his knee/calf last night in Sacramento

Per Chris Haynes of cleveland.com, the Cavs are calling Love's injury a knee sprain. Tristan Thompson and Channing Frye will start up front with Love out. Timofey Mozgov, who missed last night's game with an illness, will come off the bench.
Love's absence is a bit of a bummer. While it doesn't change the likely outcome of the game - the Cavs should probably throttle the Lakers - it's a missed opportunity for the Cavs to build on last night's win. Love is a key part of that, as he hit a big three late that the whole team celebrated.
That moment could have been a turning point for the Cavs and for Love, who has struggled from the floor of late. Instead, he'll be on the sidelines as the Cavs face the Lakers.
