The Cavaliers had a bit of a brutal close to their West Coast swing against the Jazz, the Cavaliers come home to their stomping grounds at the Q (#MACTION) to host the struggling Dallas Mavericks.

Where? Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland Ohio
Where on my eyeballs? Fox Sports Ohio
Enemy Blog: Mavs Moneyball
The Mavericks don't really have much business being this good. They regularly run out unconventional lineups with three point-guards, Dirk can't really guard anyone anymore, and Wesley Matthews is decidedly not back to 100 percent after tearing his achilles last season.
That said, Rick Carlisle is a wizard, and as long as Dirk can shoot the way he does, Carlisle will get a lot of functional offense using the spacing the big German creates.
Zaza Pachulia has fallen out of the rotation after a stellar start to the year, and Carlisle actually started Dirk at center against the Hornets. It's going to be tough to stop them in five-out alignments, but I can't imagine they should have the firepower to slow down the Cavs attack.
The Mavericks topped Charlotte to stop the bleeding on a five-game losing streak, but it seems like the team is running low on fuel after playing above expectations this far into the year.
The Cavaliers struggled mightily from three against the Jazz, going 10-42 from the field, and you'd expect that to rebound on Wednesday.
Fear the Sword's Fearless Prediction:
I think the Cavs likely will win this one with relative ease. The Mavericks have struggled with top-tier teams, and the Cavaliers should be hungry after a loss, though this team has been hard to predict.
Cavaliers win 117-106.
