Kyrie Irving isn't typically known for his defense - it's what he's picked on for. But on Wednesday night against the Dallas Mavericks, despite scoring 33 points, Irving's biggest moments came on defense.
First, he blocked Mavs center Zaza Pachulia with the Cavs up four with about 1:30 left. And then, with under five seconds left, Irving stole the ball from Dirk Nowitzki after Dallas ran a pick and roll with Nowitzki and the Cavs switched.
Irving may have fouled Nowitzki there, if we're being honest.
