The Cleveland Cavaliers are on pace for a 60-win season, so everything is fine and there is no drama... right? Of course not, this is Cleveland. The Cavs have struggled with consistency lately, which means blame must be tossed around and every aspect of the team must be analyzed. The latest scapegoat has been Kyrie Irving, who is reportedly unhappy with how things are currently going in Cleveland.

To discuss what's been going on, David Zavac, Brett Zelman and myself got together and dissected the criticism of Kyrie Irving, the leadership style of LeBron James, the team's inability to deal with success, the rotation management of Tyronn Lue, the role of Channing Frye in the offense and much more.
