Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love may not play tonight when the Cavs take on the Denver Nuggets due to an undisclosed illness. Per Chris Haynes of cleveland.com, Love didn't attend shootaround and is listed as questionable for tonight's game. If he doesn't play, Channing Frye would start in his place.
Love was also sick prior to Friday's game against the Magic, but ultimately played despite skipping shootaround.
Channing Frye will start at the four if Kevin Love is unable to go tonight against Nuggets. Doesn't sound like Love will play.

If Love is too sick to play, it's really not a big deal. It'd be better to get him rest and get him healthy for the final stretch run of the season than to force the issue. The problem, though, is that the Cavs haven't yet settled into a consistent rotation and figuring out a way to Love going consistently should be a top priority over the final few games.
For the year, Love is averaging 15.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.
