About two weeks ago, LeBron James tweeted that he wanted Kendrick Lamar's untitled tracks to be properly released and tagged Dangeroo Kipawaa, the president Top Dawg Entertainment, in the tweet. Lamar, of course, is signed to TDE.
Yo @dangerookipawaa after that @kendricklamar Grammy performance , you have to release those untitled tracks asap!!! What's up? Talk to me

Flash forward to around 11 p.m. on March 4 when Lamar's untitled tracks - a collection of songs that didn't make the final cut on "To Pimp a Butterly", some of which Lamar performed on various late night shows - was released as an eight song album titled 'Untitled Unmastered'.
Kipawaa then took to Instagram to announce the album and in the caption wrote "thank @kingjames for this"
Thanks for the new Kendrick project, LeBron. Maybe.
