The Cleveland Cavaliers may be without Kyrie Irving and J.R. Smith tonight when they take on the Brooklyn Nets. Both are sick and did not participate in this morning's shootaround.
Kyrie Irving and J.R. Smith both missed Cavs shootaround this morning because of illness. They are both questionable for tonight vs BKN

If Irving can't go, Matthew Dellavedova would likely start in his place at point guard and Mo Williams would likely see some time off the bench. If Smith can't go, Iman Shumpert would likely get the nod at shooting guard.
If they can't play, it really might not matter and it gives both an extra day of rest. The Nets are one of the worst teams in the league and unless the Cavs play as they did when they lost to the Nets last week in Brooklyn, this should be a clean win.
For the year, Irving is averaging 19.7 points and 4.6 assists in 47 games. Smith is 12.2 points per game while shooting 40.8 percent from the field and 39 percent from three in 70 games. The Cavs and Nets tipoff at 7 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland.
