Watch: LeBron's block sets up Kyrie's layup

LeBron and Kyrie teamed up to give the Cavs their first lead of the game.

As the really cliche basketball saying goes, good defense leads to good offense. When it's LeBron James providing the defense and Kyrie Irving taking advantage on offense, the saying is even more true. At least that was the case Friday when LeBron blocked DeMar DeRozan's shot and Kyrie finished with a layup on other end.
