When the Cleveland Cavaliers look to take a 3-0 series lead against the Toronto Raptors tonight, Matthew Dellavedova might not be available.
Per ESPN's Dave McMenamin:
Tyronn Lue said Matthew Dellavedova's status for Game 3 will be determined after going through shootaround on his sore ankle.

Dellavedova got hurt in Game 3 when he rolled his ankle after stepping on a Raptors' foot. After the game, Cavs coach Tyronn Lue didn't have a specific update, but expected Delly to be available for Game 3. So far, he's been a key part of lineups where LeBron plays with four bench players and is averaging 5.6 points and 3.5 assists in the playoffs.
In truth, the Cavs might not need Dellavedova right now. Although he's played pretty well against Toronto and has matched up evenly with Raptors backup guard Cory Joseph, the Cavs have options. Kyrie Irving could play a bit more, Iman Shumpert could see more time and/or Mo Williams could see minutes prior to garbage time. To go up 3-0, the Cavs might not need him and getting him healthy for the Finals should take precedence.
