J.R. Smith has always been a character, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that his first tattoo is bit off the wall. ,
In a interview with VICE Sports, Smith revealed that he got his first tattoo when he was 16 and it's of him dunking. Seriously.

J.R.: When I got my first tat I was 16.
Interviewer: How did your mom react?
J.R.: She took me to go get it. It's a picture of me dunking. Well, it was a picture of Vince Carter dunking and I just changed the number and put my name on the back.
