Hello everyone and welcome to today's 'Fear the Newsletter', where the Cavaliers Summer League has gotten into gear.

If you have questions, concerns or complaints, drop me an e-mail at carterrodriguez09@gmail.com. We hope you enjoy.

Summer league has tipped off, and the Cavaliers fell in their first outing against the Bucks. Kay Felder impressed in his debut, and Jordan McRae chipped in 23 points for the Wine and Gold.

The Cavaliers tip off shortly against the Nets for Brooklyn's Summer League debut. You can read Ryan Mourton's preview here.

The Miami Herald's Ethan Skolnick seems confident that Chris "Birdman" Andersen is headed to Cleveland. This bench is getting hilariously old, so adding one of the oldest players in the league just feels on-brand.

As a reminder, chat about free agency here and track all Cavs rumors here.

Leaving this one up from yesterday: If you need a sick Cavs or NBA t-shirt, go support FtS' Daniel Rowell over on TeePublic. You may or may not see the header of his newsletter on a t-shirt in his store.

Personal note: I bought one of the shirts, and the quality is very good. Go support the FTS family!

Things to read/listen to today: Lee Jenkins on how Steve Nash recruited Kevin Durant to Golden State, a retroactive live-blog of the Decision from Brendon Kleen over at HP, and the always-great Howard Beck on Zach Lowe's pod.

That's it for today. We'll talk to you tomorrow.
