Cleveland Cavaliers LeBron James is on magazine cover he’s quite familiar with this week.
On this week’s issue of Sports Illustrated, LeBron is the main star of a cover that also teases an article about the surging Cleveland Indians. The cover story, written by Lee Jenkins, is already online and features a number of quotes from James about his motivation coming from his desire to catch Michael Jordan. This is the 25th time LeBron has covered SI. The first time was way back when he was a high schooler and was profiled by SI Soccer writer Grant Wahl. James also covered SI after the Cavaliers won the Finals by beating the Golden State Warriors and coming back from a 3-1 deficit.
