The Cleveland Cavaliers’ ring ceremony is still over a month off, but courtesy of Richard Jefferson’s Snapchat, we have our first look at the Cavs’ championship rings. And in case you forgot, the Cavs got the rings by coming back from a 3-1 deficit against the Golden State Warriors to win the title.
Jefferson has since deleted the snap of his the ring, but Hayden Grove of clevleland.com snagged a screenshot and posted it to Twitter:

These look absolutely fantastic. There’s the Cavs skyline on the side, the ‘LII’ Roman Numerals honoring the 52 year title-less streak broken by the Cavs’ win and the Larry O’Brien trophy pops out on top of the ring, especially wrapped n the Cavs’ ‘C’ logo.
When the Cavs get these, it’s going to be a big night in Cleveland. There will probably be speeches, tons of cheering and the Cavs getting the rings they earned in June.
The ring ceremony for Oct. 25 against the New York Knicks.
